Interview Update
We have completed more than 100 Life Course Interviews.
We are planning different ways to analyse what participants have told us.
The Place Study Update
We have sent out more than 40 tablets for our Place Study.
Our participants have been filling out the Place Study and given us a lot of useful information.
We have started to make Story Maps with some of the participants who have finished the Place Study.
Story Maps are a way of sharing pictures, clips of people talking and maps to share experiences.
Some of the IncludeAge team had a meeting in Newcastle on 4th November.
The meeting was to about analysing what the participants showed us in the Place Study.
The picture below this writing is an example of some information from the Place Study.
It shows how some participants with Learning Disabilities felt when doing the Place Study.
If you click on the picture it should get bigger.
Organisational Interviews Update

We want to find out how these organisations include people with Learning Disabilities and people who are LGBT+.

Mei Presented at a Conference in Seattle
Mei talked about the IncludeAge project at a conference held by the Gerontological Society of America.
The presentation was called “Understanding Inclusive Physical Places and Virtual Spaces: The Fortitude of Older Marginalised Communities”.
There was very positive feedback about Mei's talk from researchers in the USA, Singapore and China.
A researcher from Singapore would like to create a branch of IncludeAge there.
